Yackandandah Health in Victoria is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support residents with personal care, mobility and safety during weekday night shifts in an 83-bed home. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and report to the Manager in a not-for-profit setting.

Ideal candidates hold Cert III in Aged Care, have aged care experience, and an NDIS Worker Clearance or willingness to obtain. Robust communication and a person-centred approach are essential.
