The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is looking for a creative, motivated and confident Graphic Designer to join our high-performing team. The role is available on an ongoing, part time (three days per week) basis. A merit pool will be created to use in filling any similar future ongoing or non‑ongoing vacancies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys turning ideas into clear, engaging and accessible products that connect with different audiences. You will contribute to a wide range of work, from internal communication and agency events to major corporate publications such as the NHMRC Annual Report, while continuing to grow your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are seeking someone with strong design capability, sound judgement and a positive, can‑do approach. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, working with stakeholders at all levels and applying creativity,



attention to detail and brand awareness to deliver polished communication products that inform, engage and inspire.
