Thirteenth Beach Golf Links is seeking talented and dedicated Room Attendants to join our Lodges housekeeping team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. This is a casual position with flexible hours however we do require availability over a 7 day roster.
What you'll be doing
- Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Restock and replenish guest room supplies and amenities
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues
