The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead and support the team on shift in one of our Signature Dining Venues. You will mentor team members, oversee service flow, ensure cash handling accuracy, and help achieve financial and operational targets while maintaining high service standards.
This role offers a path to grow within The Star's signature dining operations at venues such as Kiyomi and Cucina Vivo, with evenings and dinner shifts.
