Southern Cross Community Healthcare in Wentworthville is seeking Disability Support Workers to support a 46-year-old female to live independently at home after a Traumatic Brain Injury in early 2022 within a 24/7 program with wide-ranging shifts. You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, and accurate reporting to the care team.

Training is provided, and you will work with qualified health professionals to deliver high‑quality, compassionate community
