Brunetti Classico is a Melbourne institution inspired by the heart of Italian culture. For over 25 years, we’ve brought the spirit of Italy to life through exceptional coffee, artisan cakes and genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for an exceptional Barista with at least 2 years Barista experience to join our team at our sister store in Moonee Ponds, and help bring our Italian cafe to life, one delicious coffee at a time. If you have a passion for coffee and latte art, we want to hear from you! We offer our staff a fun and professional working environment, with many learning and development opportunities available if you are looking at furthering your career in hospitality.

The successful applicant must be fast and efficient in coffee making, yet not willing to compromise quality. If you have a bubbly, strong and confident personality with great communication skills, then you will be the right candidate for the position; building a strong culture within the workplace is extremely significant to us and our team!

Working in a 7-days-a-week operation, the successful candidate must be flexible, willing to work a mix of nights and mornings; weekends are also a must!
