MRT Fabrication Pty Ltd is an award-winning, locally owned and operated fabrication business based in Orange, servicing a wide range of industries across the Central West of NSW.

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Boilermaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate, weld and assemble a range of steel and fabricated components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
- Complete fabrication and welding work to a high standard and specification
- Carry out installation and repair work at customer sites when required
- Measure, mark out, cut, fit and weld materials accurately
- Work independently while also contributing to the wider team
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop and worksite

About You

- We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to become a valued part of our team.
- You will ideally have:
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Solid attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to your work
- A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current Driver’s Licence
- MR Licence an advantage, but not essential
