Casual Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse

Alfa Medical & Skin Clinic is a modern, patient-focused general practice committed to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare to our community. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable casual Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the role

n

This casual position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a collaborative general practice setting. The successful applicant will work alongside experienced General Practitioners and our administration team to deliver high-quality patient care.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within a general practice setting.
n
- Perform immunisations and maintain cold chain procedures.
n
- Assist with wound management, dressings, and minor procedures.
n
- Support chronic disease management and health assessments.
n
- Conduct ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical assessments as required.
n
- Assist with care plans, recalls, and preventive health activities.
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Best Practice software.
n
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and accreditation standards.
n




- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and reception staff.
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
n
- Current CPR certificate.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Professional, reliable, and patient-centred approach.
n
- Immunisation certification (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Experience with Best Practice software.
n
- Knowledge of chronic disease management and health assessments.
n
