Job Description

Rooms with Style is seeking a Full Time Medical Receptionist/Secretary to join our multidisciplinary practice in Victoria. You will be the friendly first contact for patients, manage appointments, billing, and referrals, and support Surgeons, Physiotherapists, and Psychiatrists.

You should bring solid communication, calm under pressure, and the ability to multi-task in a busy clinic. Training in Xestro Medical Software will be provided if needed, with opportunities to upskill within the
