We're currently seeking a highly organised and motivated HR Advisor to join our South Walker Creek mine site on a full-time, fixed-term contract for two years. Reporting directly to the HR Superintendent, this role provides end-to-end HR support to leaders and employees across the operation.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partnering with operational leaders to deliver proactive HR support across workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, and performance management
n
- Supporting organisational change initiatives and managing projects
n
- Champion employee engagement programs
n
- Shaping talent strategy and leadership development across a growing business.

- Providing expert HR advice that is practical, strategic and trusted
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Proven experience in a HR advisory or business partnering role in mining or heavy industry
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
n
- Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
n
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
