About the Role

n

Due to ongoing growth and innovation, we're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Corporate Travel Consultantto join our national team.

n

This is more than just a booking role, you'll be a true partner to your clients, offering strategic travel support, anticipating their needs, and delivering consistently outstanding service.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and deliver seamless domestic and/or international travel services.
n
- Tailor travel solutions aligned with each client's travel policy and service level agreements.
n
- Arrange flights, accommodation, car hire, visas, insurance and more,



with precision and care.
n
- Build solid, lasting relationships with clients, showing them they matter at every interaction.
n
- Identify booking trends and proactively provide solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
n
- Stay current with training on products, systems and tools.
n
- Represent CT Connections at client and industry events.
n

What You Bring

n

n
- 3+ years of multi-skilled corporate travel consulting experience.
n
- Expertise in domestic and/or international fares, ticketing, reissues, and itinerary planning.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine love of service.
n
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
n
- A team player mindset with a bias for action and a deep respect for relationships.
n
- Experience using Sabre GDS and Tramada (preferred).
n
- A drive to work in an environment where people feel safe, secure, empowered and not judged.
n
