Job Description

The Generations Pastor provides pastoral and strategic leadership to Children, Youth, and
n Families at Caringbah Baptist Church (CBC).

n

This role exists to build and oversee a transparent, biblically grounded discipleship pathway from
n early childhood through to young adulthood, equipping families as primary disciplers and
n raising the next generation of Christ-centred disciples.

n

The Generations Pastor will ensure that ministry across life stages is aligned with CBC's vision,
n culture, and strategic priorities, fostering a gospel-centred, relational, and missional
n community.
