Inner Bath is an Australian-wide company that has been operating for 40 years. We install bath and shower liners, helping people get a brand-new bath or shower without the cost, mess, or downtime of a full renovation.

As we continue to grow our NSW operations, we're looking for a hardworking, handy technician to join our busy Sydney team.

Trade experience is preferred, but we'll also consider the right person without it — someone who's valuable with their hands, takes pride in a job done properly, and can hold a high standard without someone standing over them. You'll be in customers' homes every day, so how you present and communicate matters as much as the work itself.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

n

- Work on residential and commercial sites across Sydney, with occasional travel outside the metro area
n
- Install bath and shower liners
n
- Remove and refit shower screens
n
- Install new shower screens
n
- Apply silicone sealing to a high, waterproof standard
n
- Work unsupervised once trained, following the schedule set by the State Lead
n
- Attend weekly toolbox meetings
n
- Pick up and load stock
n
- Supply photos and log completed jobs via our job management app
n
- Clean up thoroughly after every job
n





Skills and Experience

n
- Trade experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
n
- Hard-working with a strong work ethic

- Good problem-solving ability

- Physically fit
n
- Proactive "can do" attitude with excellent communication skills

- Friendly, polite, professional customer service manner
n
- Takes pride in leaving every site clean and tidy

- Neat, precise silicone and sealant application

- Comfortable representing the business in customers' homes
