Job Description

Opal HealthCare is seeking a proactive People & Culture Advisor to partner with leaders across NSW care communities, delivering guidance on HR matters including performance, engagement and ER/IR. The role focuses on coaching, compliance and change initiatives within a 12-month fixed-term contract, with extension possibilities.
