About the Role

n

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to residents in aged care settings.



We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the flexibility to build your own roster while making a genuine difference.

n

n
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
n
- At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
n
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence (advantageous)
n
- Current Manual Handling and CPR certificates
n
- Current National Police Check
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of older Australians
n
- Empathetic and patient with excellent communication skills
n
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
- Able to adapt quickly in dynamic care environments
n
- Committed to ongoing professional development
