We are partnering with an established and growing Adelaide-based advisory firm and we are seeking an experienced Manager to join their collaborative and client-focused team. Working closely with the Directors, you will manage a diverse client portfolio while playing a key role in the leadership and development of the broader team.

The Opportunity

As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting, taxation, and advisory services while supporting the strategic growth of the firm and strengthening long-term client relationships.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Managing a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clients across a variety of industries and entity structures
n
- Providing strategic accounting, taxation, and commercial advisory services
n
- Managing and strengthening long-term client relationships
n
- Working closely with Directors on complex advisory matters and strategic initiatives
n
- Reviewing work completed by accountants and providing technical guidance and mentorship
n
- Supporting and developing junior team members through coaching and leadership
n
- Managing workflow priorities,



team capacity, and client deadlines
n
- Monitoring WIP, billing, and overall client profitability
n
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
n
- Contributing to internal process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
n
- Participating in networking, marketing, and business development activities
n
- Supporting the continued growth and strategic direction of the firm
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

n

n
- CA / CPA qualified
n
- 6+ years' experience within a professional services/accounting firm environment
n
- Strong technical accounting and taxation expertise
n
- Experience managing a client portfolio and leading client relationships
n
- Proven leadership and team management capability
n
- Ability to mentor, develop, and support junior staff
n
- Strong commercial acumen and advisory mindset
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
n
