NBC CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS PTY LTDare a family run business based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, predominately working in the Commercial, Government, Industrial and Land Development Sectors.

We are seeking a Full Time Posi-Track / Excavator Operator with minimum of five (5) years' experience operating machines up to 20T to join the company and assist the team.

n

To be considered for this role it is important that you have the following:

n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, leading by example, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

n

The successful applicant will have extensive experience operating posi-tracks and excavators in the civil construction industry and be confident coordinating daily site activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

- Extensive experience operating posi-tracks and excavators (min 5 years' experience) in an advanced manner
n
- Strong understanding of earthworks, final trim, grading, drainage, and general civil construction.
n




- Ability to read construction plans
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
- Relevant plant operator competencies and tickets.
n
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
n
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
n
- Conduct pre-starts and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
n
- Monitor quality of work and maintain high workmanship standards.
n
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively.
n
