No previous experience is required. If you enjoy talking with people and have a positive attitude, we'll teach you everything you need to know through our structured paid training program.

In this role, you'll speak with existing supporters, have meaningful conversations, and help raise funds for some of Australia's leading charities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Speaking with existing charity supporters

- Having positive, professional conversations over the phone

- Helping raise funds for leading Australian charities

- Following proven systems and processes

- Developing valuable communication and customer service skills

Hours
n

- Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
n
- Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

- That's a 9-day fortnight, giving you every second Friday off to enjoy a long weekend.
