Working with a global organisation who partner with a range of automotive OEM's, this role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support aftersales performance.

n

Leading a small team, you'll oversee dealer POS implementation, campaign delivery, digital marketing, lead management and new program launches — ensuring consistency, quality and measurable outcomes. This is a full time office based role.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and develop a small cross‐functional marketing team
n
- Deliver dealer POS and customer‐facing aftersales marketing initiatives & materials
n
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and service & parts sales
n
- Manage digital marketing activity across SEO, SEM, email, social and content
n
- Lead marketing execution for new aftersales program launches
n
- Build strong relationships with OEM and dealer stakeholders
n
- Manage budgets, track performance and report against KPIs
n

Experience, Skills and Attributes

n

n
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the automotive industry
n
- Strong understanding of aftersales,



dealer networks and customer engagement
n
- Demonstrated success delivering integrated marketing programs
n
- Confident approach with robust stakeholder management skills
n
- Data‐driven mindset with solid digital and CRM capability
n
- Creative, commercially minded and comfortable in fast‐paced environments
n
