We are looking for a skilled Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant to join our team as a committed long‐term member. This permanent full‐time role is based at our Townsville Branch and requires someone who can learn quickly and step confidently into the position.

About the role

As our Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for:

n

Customer service – Assist with enquiries by phone, email and trade counter

n

General sales activities – Prepare quotes, invoice accurately and processing orders

n

Pick, packing, inventory maintenance

n

Warehouse organisation and cleanliness

n

About you:

n

The successful applicate will have:

n

Minimum 1 year's customer service experience (sales included)

n

Previous warehouse experience

n





Reliable and robust work ethic and attention to detail

n

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

n

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

n

MUST HAVE - Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence (essential)

n
