The Role

Millennium has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at one of our shopping centres! This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast‑paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

Roster

- Tuesday to Wednesday: 6am – 2pm
- Thursday to Friday: 10am – 6pm
- Saturday: 10am – 5:30pm
- Sunday and Monday – Day Off

We have multiple full‑time and part‑time positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays. This position will be based on award wages.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard




- Spot clean furnishings, sweeping and mopping
- Clean toilets and rubbish collection
- Clean glass, both internal and external
- Dust all hard surfaces

About You

- Familiar with cleaning activities and services such as safety awareness, chemicals, colour coding, and machinery
- Proven experience working successfully in a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong reliability and punctuality while at work
- Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required
- Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus

You must have valid work rights in Australia.
