About the Role As our Service Advisor , you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring every job runs efficiently from booking through to vehicle collection.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Greeting customers and managing front counter enquiries
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Preparing quotations and invoices
- Coordinating daily workshop bookings
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Processing payments and finalising completed jobs
- Maintaining accurate workshop records
- Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
About You We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience.
Ideally You'll Have
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, automotive administrator or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
