We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a 4-week temporary assignment with an established organisation based in Brisbane CBD.
Starting in mid-September, this role is ideal for an experienced AP qualified who can quickly hit the ground running and confidently manage a busy end-to-end accounts payable function.
The Role
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Daily invoice processing
- Weekly expense processing
- Processing supplier payments and electronic banking
- Some foreign currency invoices and payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Reviewing aged payables and following up outstanding items
- Assisting with weekly bank reconciliations
About You
- Experience in a hands-on Accounts Payable role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Experienced with an ERP accounting system - highly regarded
- The ability to quickly pick up systems and processes and work with minimal supervision
