Each year, we support almost 3,000 schools and help equip approximately 600,000 students with the resources they need for learning.

Behind every enquiry is a parent looking for assistance, a student preparing for school, or a school working towards a successful start to the year. Our Customer Support team plays an key role in making that experience as smooth as possible.

About the role:

Based in our Dandenong South Contact Centre, you will support parents, students and schools through phone, email and online enquiries.

You’ll help customers with:

- Orders and order updates
- Deliveries and collections
- Returns and exchanges
- Digital resources and online access
- General back-to-school enquiries
- Finding the right information and solutions

You’ll receive full training and be supported by experienced leaders and our Customer Care Playbook, which provides practical guidance for common customer enquiries and situations.

Availability & Work Schedule

Positions are available from early November 2026 through to early March 2027 .

Successful applicants should generally be available to work up to four or five shifts per week during the peak season.

Our Contact Centre operates between 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday

Additional shifts may be available during peak periods, including:

- Full-day shifts during busy weeks
- Saturday shifts from late January to early February

We aim to work with team members' availability wherever possible while ensuring we meet customer demand.
