The Role

As a Salesperson, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and solutions. You’ll take orders both in-store and over the phone, provide advice on fasteners and tools, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations (fasteners, tools, and related parts)
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment
- Support the team during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

- Sales experience is helpful, but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person
- Knowledge of fasteners is ideal, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable
- Solid communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Reliability and the ability to work well in a small team
