We shoot premium video for real estate agents, builders and developers across Melbourne. Property films, social reels, auction coverage, agent brand pieces. We're looking for a contract editor to join our small team of freelancers and take on steady, ongoing work.

This is a contractor role, not employment. You invoice us per edit, you work your own hours, you use your own gear.

What you'd be cutting

- 1 to 3 minute property walkthrough films
- 30 to 60 second vertical social cuts
- Auction and event recaps
- Occasional brand and profile pieces

What we need from you

- Strong Final Cut Pro X skills. This is non negotiable, we work in FCP
- A real eye for pacing. Our edits move with the music and hold attention
- Confident with colour grading, including S Log3 footage through LUTs
- Clean, fast delivery.



Our turnaround is 2 to 4 days from footage drop
- Comfortable working to a brief and to feedback without needing to be chased
- Your own machine and FCP licence, plus an ABN if you're in Australia

Nice to have

- Real estate or architectural work in your reel
- Motion graphics and title work
- Sound design beyond a music bed

How it works

Footage comes to you via Dropbox with a shot brief. You cut, we review, one round of notes, deliver. Paid per edit on invoice. Volume is steady and scales up through spring. If you're positive, you'll get more work.
