Kurri Kurri Community Services (KKCS) is a community focused not-for-profit organisation committed to Connecting to Care.

Odyssey Builders is the home modification and facility management division of KKCS, with much of its work focused on creating safer, more accessible homes for older people and people living with disability.

As an Administrator with Odyssey Builders, you'll become part of a close knit operational team where your organisation, communication and attention to detail will help keep jobs moving and support meaningful outcomes for clients.

What You'll Do

This is more than general administration. You'll support the coordination of Odyssey's work and gradually develop your knowledge across different areas of the business.We’re open to both part-time and full-time candidates, with flexibility available for the right person across up to 38 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative support to the Service Manager and operational team.
- Managing information, documentation and internal systems accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the coordination and progression of jobs and projects.
- Communicating with clients, contractors, field staff and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Following processes and ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are maintained.
- Assisting the team with scheduling, coordination and general operational administration.
- Managing competing priorities and following tasks through to completion.
- Developing your skills across additional areas of Odyssey's operations as your knowledge and confidence grow.

About You

You may already be an experienced Administrator, or you might come from a structured customer service, retail,



corporate or operational environment and be ready to take the next step into administration.

You'll be someone who:

- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys working within clear processes, procedures and systems.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with different people.
- Is comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Can manage a priority list, use sound judgement and follow tasks through.
- Is adaptable, patient and resilient when priorities change.
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative team and working with different personalities.
- Wants an opportunity to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility over time.
- A Certificate II or higher in Business, Administration or another relevant field is desirable but not essential.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to hold or obtain:

- Criminal Record Check(issued within the last 3 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NSW Working With Children Check.
- Asbestos Awareness Training, or willingness to obtain.
