Looking for a role where no two days are exactly the same? We’re looking for a switched-on, organised Customer Service Officer to join the team in Somersby!

What will you be doing?
You’ll be the friendly face and voice of the team,



helping customers while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your day may include:

- Answering calls and responding to emails
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Booking hard waste collections
- Managing residential bin maintenance requests
- Assisting with dispute resolutionUpdating systems, records and data
- Documenting and improving processes
- Providing general admin support and helping with ad hoc projects

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and confident with customers
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
