Life Without Barriers is hiring a Therapeutic Youth Worker (Residential) in Orange on a Permanent Part Time & Casual basis. You will support young people aged 12–17 who’ve experienced trauma in a 24/7 residential setting, helping them build independence and positive relationships.
A Diploma in Community Services or related field plus First Aid are preferred. You will work with a dedicated team to provide a secure, homelike environment, with shifts including afternoons, sleepovers, and weekends.
