About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality education and care for children while building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing nurturing, responsive and engaging experiences for children.
- Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences.
- Contributing to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the educational program.
- Building strong and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with educators and contributing positively to the team.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to observations and assessments.
- Following the National Quality Standard (NQS) , National Regulations and relevant policies and procedures.
- Promoting and upholding the Child Safe Standards and a strong culture of child safety.
- Supporting children's rights, voice, agency and wellbeing.

About You

We are looking for an educator who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a positive difference in children's lives.

Essential requirements

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent recognised qualification.




- Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Educator.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Strong understanding of and commitment to the Child Safe Standards and child-safe practices.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of children's development, wellbeing and learning.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.
