Store based Warehouse and Sales Assistant Role

We currently have a vacancy for a Casual Store & Salesperson to join our Nutrien Water team in Bomaderry.

About the role:

Reporting to the Branch Merchandise Manager, in this role you will:

- Coordinate daily warehouse and dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are delivered in full and on time.
- Maintain a safe, efficient and productive warehouse environment.
- Manage order allocation, picking and packing activities to meet customer requirements.
- Operate forklifts and assist with loading, unloading and deliveries.
- Complete inventory administration, including cycle counts,



stocktakes and goods receipting.
- Process customer invoicing and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Utilise SAP and other systems to support warehouse operations (SAP experience highly regarded).
- Provide excellent customer service and support in-store sales activities during peak periods.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while maintaining high safety standards.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous warehouse, trade store or distribution centre experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience loading, dispatching and delivering goods to multiple customer locations.
- Exposure to the irrigation, water, rural supplies or related industries (highly regarded).
- A strong commitment to safety and creating a safe workplace for yourself and your team.
- Proven ability to work efficiently, take initiative and get the job done.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A current and valid Driver’s Licence (essential).
- A current Forklift Licence (highly desirable).
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical as part of the recruitment process.
