About the Role

n

We are seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team, working 38 hours per week, with availability to work weekends as required.

n

Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.

n

In this role, you will:

n

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
n
- Assist customers with over‐the‐counter medicines where appropriate.
n
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
n




- Support day‐to‐day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
n
- Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
n
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
n
- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.
n

About You

You will:

- Previous community pharmacy experience is advantageous
n
- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
n
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‐focused mindset.
n
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
n
- S2S3 Certification preferred but not essential
n
