Job Description

We're seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to join our Marketing and Digital team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support a key period of digital investment, focusing on improving online conversion, enriching product content, and helping deliver websiteenhancements that drive commercial results.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing and Digital, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and development partners to optimise our BigCommerce website and create a robust foundation for future ecommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Analyse website performance and customer journeys using GA4 to identify conversion opportunities
n
- Recommend and implement CRO initiatives across product pages, category pages, mobile UX, cart and checkout
n
- Audit and enhance product catalogue content, attributes, specifications and SEO elements
n
- Develop content standards and processes to support ongoing catalogue management
n
- Support website feature development, including prioritising improvements and preparing clear briefs for developers
n
- Build ecommerce reporting dashboards and validate ecommerce tracking accuracy
n
- Document findings,



recommendations and processes to support a seamless handover at the conclusion of the contract

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in an eCommerce Specialist, eCommerce Coordinator or similar role
n
- Hands-on experience with BigCommerce or a comparable ecommerce platform
n
- Knowledge of GA4, eCommerce reporting and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
n
- Experience managing product content, catalogue enrichment and SEO best practices
n
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Centre and product feed management
n
- Analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience working with developers and agency partners
n
