The Role

As a Venue Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of your venue, leading, inspiring, and driving a team that's passionate with creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Manage the essentials – Keep rosters, performance, stock, and service standards running like clockwork

Own the numbers – Track budgets, reporting, and ordering to keep the venue profitable and efficient

Champion safety and compliance – Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

About You

You're a natural leader with drive, passion, and personality. You lead with honesty, thrive on teamwork, and are guest obsessed in everything you do.

What you're bringing to the party:

- Proven 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail
n
- A hands on leadership style – you're on the floor, not behind a desk
n
- Strong arcade operations knowledge (bonus)
n
- Confidence with rosters, budgets, reporting, and stock control
n
- A calm, solution focused approach under pressure
n
- A passion for culture building and team development
n
- Flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
