Affordable Dental Pty Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our contemporary dental clinic in Canberra Philip

This role is ideal for a dental professional with strong leadership skills who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow
n
- Lead, support, and motivate clinical and administrative staff
n
- Manage appointment scheduling, rostering, and staffing requirements
n
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
n
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and lab coordination
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries and concerns
n
- Support Dentists in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes
n




- Contribute to continuous improvement and clinic growth initiatives
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager with Dental Assistant experience
n
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and clinic workflows
n
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
n
- Professional presentation and a patient-focused approach
n
