Job Description

About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program. You'll play a key role in integrating people systems, applications and data, working closely with business and technology teams to define requirements that support solution design, system integration, data migration and successful delivery.

Key Responsibility:

- Gather, analyse and document business, functional, system and integration requirements
n
- Map current and future-state business processes, systems and data flows
n
- Define APIs, interface specifications, data mappings and transformation rules
n
- Support system integration, application migration and data migration activities
n
- Conduct gap analysis and identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities
n
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, vendors and delivery teams
n
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability through design, build, testing and implementation
n
- Bring structure and clarity to complex or evolving business requirements
n

About You:

n

You'll have:





n

n
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst on enterprise transformation or integration programs
n
- Strong HRIS and people systems knowledge, including payroll, workforce management and employee lifecycle processes
n
- Experience defining business, system, data and integration requirements
n
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns including APIs, web services, batch and file-based integrations
n
- Solid process mapping, data mapping and gap analysis skills
n
- Experience supporting application, system and data migration projects
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
n
- The ability to work independently in complex and fast-paced environments
n

Highly Regarded:

n

n
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, AlayaCare, TechnologyOne, Microsoft 365 or ServiceNow
n
- Experience within healthcare, aged care or workforce-intensive organisations
