About the role:

n

We are looking for dedicated Traffic Management Practitioners and Team Members to join us on exciting projects throughout Gympie and surrounds.

n

Exclusive $2000 TMI Sign-On Bonus (Paid over 10 months with specific hourly targets for eligible applicants)

n

As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the secure and efficient flow of traffic while contributing to major infrastructure projects that make a difference. We offer the chance to work alongside industry leaders committed to raising the standard of traffic management and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Direct traffic for works and events using Stop/Slow Bat
n
- Implement and monitor traffic management plans
n
- Perform vehicle pre-start checks, load/unload signage, and equipment




n
- Complete necessary documentation and hazard assessments
n
- Report hazards and near misses promptly
n
- Maintain safety standards for workers, pedestrians, cyclists, and the public
n
- Work closely with team leaders, foremen, and auditors to ensure best practices are followed
n

Skills & Experience:

n
- Essential: QLD TC - Traffic Control License
n
- Highly Desirable: QLD TMI - Traffic Management Implementation License
n
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
n
- Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- Strong communication skills with a focus on safety
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
