Job Description

The Payroll Agency has partnered with a medium sized Healthcare business in the recruitment of their new Payroll Specialist on a temporary basis.

Due to a new system implementation and full remediation project underway, they are increasing their headcount to support the team's workload. Although this is initially a temporary role, it has the potential to go perm if you settle in well.

n

This is a low pressure role, based in a convenient location within a really great team!

n

Reporting to a wonderful Payroll Manager and joining a team of 5 with a mostly flat structure, you will be:

n

n
- Processing end to end payroll for a number of sites.
n
- Calculation of all statutory deductions such as tax, super and third party payments.
n
- They operate on a number of enterprise agreements, therefore prior knowledge of award calculation would be a benefit.
n
- Ensuring all compliance is adhered to.
n




- Driving internal process improvements through fresh eyes coming into the team.
n
- Supporting the team through their multiple projects.
n
- Responding to queries and managing the inbox.
n

This is an on-going temp position with no end date at this stage.

n

In order to be considered please ensue:

n

n
- You have end to end processing experience from a medium sized business.
n
- Have experience with calculating entitlements such as super and tax.
n
- Ideally Chris21/iChris experience would be a plus but not essential.
n
