Casual Property Manager to work alongside our Director and Office Manager to help care for our rental department.

About the Role

n

Assist with the day-to-day management of our residential rental portfolio.

n

Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors.

n

Coordinate maintenance and inspections.

n

Conduct routine inspections when required.

n

Provide outstanding customer service while working as part of a close-knit team.

What We're Looking For

n

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management.

n





Strong communication and organisational skills.

n

Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

n

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for property management.
