About the role

n

We are seeking a motivated and professional Security Officer to join our team on an exciting new contract based in Collie. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining a strong security presence while remaining alert, proactive, and focused at all times. You will become part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the public.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Greet and assist tenants and members of the public in a professional manner
n
- Maintain vigilance and monitor activities to support asset protection
n
- Conduct regular foot patrols across the premises, including:n n
- Internal building patrols (including high-level areas)
n
- External perimeter patrols
n
- Monitor CCTV systems and radio communication networks
n

n
- Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all enquiries
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and building management
n
- Complete accurate and timely incident reports
n
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
n

n

Skills and Experience

n

n




- Certificate II in Security Operations and a valid WA Security Licence
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
- Experience in corporate or commercial building security
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to remain alert and respond effectively under pressure
n
- Full WA Driver's Licence
n

n

Desirable (Advantageous) Qualifications

n

n
- Drug & Alcohol (D&A;) Testing qualification
n
- Certificate II in Medical Response
n
- Advanced First Aid certification
n

n
