We're looking for a commercially driven Retail Manager to lead our Front of House team, grow retail performance, and drive sales across supplements, Nutrition Cartel, café and apparel.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Drive retail sales across supplements, Nutrition Cartel, café and apparel by delivering personalised product recommendations, supplement consultations and outstanding customer service.
n
- Lead, recruit, onboard, coach and develop the Front of House team, creating a high-performing culture focused on sales, accountability and member experience.
n
- Manage front of house operations, rostering, café compliance, stock control, merchandising and inventory to ensure the club operates efficiently.
n
- Execute retail campaigns,



supplier activations, social media promotions and community engagement initiatives that increase retail awareness and revenue.
n
- Monitor retail KPIs, sales performance and reporting while identifying opportunities to improve conversion, average transaction value and repeat purchases.
n
- Lead by example through exceptional customer service, professional presentation and a passion for helping members achieve their health and wellness goals.

Who You Are

n

n
- An experienced retail, sales or front of house leader with a proven ability to achieve KPIs and drive commercial results.
n
- Passionate about supplements, health, fitness and helping members find the right products to support their goals.
n
- A confident people leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating high-performing customer-facing teams.
n
- Organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing stock, rostering, reporting and multiple operational priorities.
n
- A strong communicator who builds genuine relationships with members while delivering premium customer experiences.
n
- Tech-savvy, proactive and adaptable, with Australian working rights and a current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
