McGrath Townsville is seeking a Property Management Associate to gain hands-on experience across the full property management cycle. This role acts as a launching pad, with opportunities to progress toward Property Manager, Business Development, Sales, or Administration roles.
You’ll support Property Managers with daily tasks, coordinate between tenants and landlords, and help manage maintenance and tenancy matters, all while learning the systems and processes that keep the business running.
