About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking experienced and passionate Baristas to join our new St Ali specialty coffee venue at Sydney Airport T2 . With a minimum of 2 years’ barista experience preferred, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch of a premium coffee brand in the new The Rocks precinct at Sydney Airport.

We are seeking candidates for permanent Part-Time and Full-Time positions, with opportunities available for the right candidates based on experience and availability.

For the right applicants, there may also be opportunities to work across other industry-leading coffee brands within SSP, including Toby’s Estate .

What skills and experience are we looking for?

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista, preferably within a specialty coffee or high-volume café environment
- Strong coffee knowledge and confidence in dialling in espresso and producing consistently high-quality coffee
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A genuine passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- Ability to work confidently in a rapid-paced environment
- Positive, energetic and professional attitude
- Availability for early morning shifts from 3:30am, with afternoon and evening shifts also available
