mcwhinneys pty ltd' is seeking an experienced Assistant Spray Painter to join our team in Airport West VIC 3042. This is a full-time position where you will provide critical support to our skilled spray painting professionals.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and priming surfaces for spray painting

Mixing and preparing paint and other coating materials

Operating spray painting equipment to apply paint and coatings

Ensuring a high standard of finish on all painted surfaces

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Supporting the lead spray painters with their tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an assistant spray painter or in a similar role

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina





Knowledge of spray painting techniques and equipment

Willingness to learn and develop your skills further
