Up-State Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.

Located within a busy healthcare setting, we are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced café, delivers exceptional customer service, and takes pride in producing consistently great coffee.

About the Role

- Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Food preparation and presentation
- Point of Sale (POS) operation and cash handling
- Supporting the team across all areas of café operations

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 year experience as a Barista in a busy café environment
- Ability to produce high volumes of quality coffee consistently
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented




- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be available to commence shifts from 6:30am
- Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends if required
- Current food handling knowledge
- Full Australian working rights
