The Role: This isn’t your standard 9-to-5 retail environment. As Senior Store Manager, you will lead a fast-paced, high-turnover luxury boutique. You will manage a diverse, high-performing team, cater to international VVIPs, and drive premium service standards at pace.

What you’ll be doing:

- Elevate the Experience: Ensure the team delivers world‑class, "red-carpet" luxury service to an international demographic.
- Commercial Performance: Analyze flight schedules, peak travel times, and passenger data to maximize conversion and smash daily sales targets.
- Elite Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and luxury styling expertise.
- Operational Flawlessness: Maintain impeccable global visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and tight security protocols.

Who you are:

- A Premium Leader:



You have substantial experience as a Store Manager or Cluster Manager within luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium beauty. (Airport retail experience is a plus, but not essential).
- Commercially Sharp: You live for the numbers, understand high-velocity retail, and know how to drive high average transaction values (ATV).
- A People Connector: You are highly personable, culturally aware, and an expert at coaching teams to build instant rapport with clients from around the globe.
- Flexible & Energized: You thrive in a energetic workplace and have the operational agility to lead a rotating roster across airport trading hours.
