The Gray Area in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead and support the OT team, manage caseloads, scheduling and service delivery. You will provide clinical supervision, mentoring and career development to OTs, and support complex case management.

Collaborate with psychologists and allied health colleagues, monitor clinical quality and documentation, promote evidence-based practice, and contribute to strategic goals. Maintain a clinical caseload as needed.
