Southern Health-Santé Sud seeks a Manager Health Services - Long Term Care Administration to lead resident care delivery at Gladstone Health Centre. The role requires RN oversight, policy implementation, and strong leadership in a dynamic regional health setting.

The incumbent will oversee budgeting, HR management, quality improvement, risk mitigation, and lean processes to drive efficient operations. Baccalaureate in Nursing and active RN registration are required.
