An established residential concreting company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee various residental projects across Sydney. The successful candidate will manage multiple sites and ensure all works are completed safely, accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

Complete management of projects from site set-out through to final completion

Site set-out and verification of levels

Coordination of excavation and site benching

Supervision of formwork

Management of conventional residential construction

Oversight of steel fixing

Planning, organising and supervising

Reading and interpreting engineering and architectural plans

Managing trades, labour and subcontractors

Ordering and coordinating materials and deliveries

Conducting quality control checks and pre-pour inspections

Monitoring programme and maintaining job schedules

Liaising professionally with builders and clients





Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in residential House conrete construction

Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish

Strong ability to read plans and work with levels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to lead and manage crews and subcontractors effectively

Reliability, strong work ethic and pride in project outcomes
