Full-time role (part-time considered)
The day to day:
- Lead and support the Speech Pathology team, including running team meetings
- Mentor and guide clinicians in their professional development and training
- Assist with graduate programs and supervise students on placement
- Balance your role with a 3-day clinical caseload and 2 days management
- Work with a varied caseload including intellectual disabilities, autism, and speech delays
- Provide therapy in the Brunswick clinic and within the local community (home visits)
- See NDIS clients aged 3–65, or tailor your caseload to your area of interest
- Report directly to the Allied Health Team Leader

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 4+ years postgraduate experience
- SPA membership
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
